Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support the administration and ongoing maintenance of the U.S. compensation and benefits programs.

You will provide analytical support, data reporting, and day-to-day operational assistance across compensation and employee benefits activities. You will collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, HR business partners, Finance, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, timely issue resolution, open enrollment, and regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, or HR analytics (total rewards exposure preferred).
• Experience working with HRIS systems and handling HR data with confidentiality.
• Experience in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain salary structures and pay grades.
• Manage annual compensation processes including merit increases and bonuses.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys.
• Support pay equity analyses with data reporting and documentation.
• Prepare standard compensation reports and dashboards.
• Maintain compensation data in HRIS and perform routine audits.
• Assist with day-to-day benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSAs, and retirement plans.
• Lead open enrollment activities and coordinate vendor data and communications.
• Respond to employee questions on benefits and eligibility; escalate complex cases.
• Assist with leave of absence and disability administration in line with policy.
