Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR, Payroll, or Benefits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Paycor or Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration and support for biweekly processing and audits.
• Timekeeping monitoring, compliance, and reporting.
• Benefits administration across health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
• Assist with compensation changes and related reporting.
