Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS Dayforce preferred.
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and related laws.
• Experience working with benefits vendors and internal/external partners.
• Experience developing and scaling processes in fast-growth environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Administer core and ancillary benefit programs, including health and welfare plans and retirement programs.
• Maintain employee records regarding pay and benefits and changes.
• Coordinate annual benefits renewal and Open Enrollment with vendors.
• Oversee Medicare eligibility administration and employee notifications.
