Job summary

Bci - Miami Branch is seeking a Total Rewards & Payroll Analyst to oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll operations. You will own end-to-end payroll for multi-state employees, while ensuring competitive, equitable programs aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR/payroll experience.
• Experience with full-cycle payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software (ADP, Workday, UKG) and advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau and SAP.
• Knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, ACA and multi-state payroll laws.
• CPP/CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage health, wellness, and retirement plans.
• Conduct market benchmarking for compensation.
• Support annual enrollment and compensation review cycles.
• Collaborate with benefits brokers and external vendors.
• Manage full-cycle payroll processing and compliance.
