Job summary

Island Finance LLC seeks a Manager of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll to partner with the HR Director and senior leadership on the total rewards strategy. The role leads compensation design, payroll operations, benefits programs, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities include overseeing Workday and ADP SmartCompliance, managing leave administration, wellness initiatives, 401(k) plans, and annual filings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 to 10+ years in compensation, benefits, payroll and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday, ADP SmartCompliance) and payroll systems.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, CCBP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage compensation strategies, salary structures.
• Serve as payroll SME; ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee leave administration, benefits programs and regulatory reporting.
• Manage 401(k) and ERISA compliance; SAR/Form 5500 filings.
• Lead wellness programs and community engagement.
• Back-up for payroll processing in Workday.
