Job summary

Bci in Miami is seeking a Total Rewards & Payroll Analyst to oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll operations. You will own end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across multi-state employees.

The role blends rewards design with financial forecasting and requires strong HRIS and payroll system proficiency, including ADP and Workday, plus advanced Excel skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll and total rewards.
• Experience with benefits administration and budgeting for HR programs.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll operations end-to-end.
• Manage bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses with Finance partners.
• Audit time-and-attendance, data integrity, and GL reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws.
