Draeger seeks a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead NA benefits, compensation, incentive and recognition programs from the hybrid Telford, PA office. You will provide executives with market insights while balancing costs and employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities include overseeing retirement and health plans, executive compensation, FMLA and disability leaves, and vendor management. Requires CCP/CEBS/PHR/SHRM-CP/SCP, 8+ years in benefits/compensation, and 4+ years of managerial experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; Masters preferred
• 8+ years of experience in benefits and compensation
• Minimum 4 years’ experience at a manager level with direct reports
• Experience with self-insured benefits and 401(k) plans
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP/ SCP, SAP, ADP preferred
• Ability to multitask and lead projects
• Experience leading in a shared services environment and vendor relations
• Strong negotiations and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with HR Databases and HRIS; proficient with MS Office

Aufgaben

• Oversee retirement, health and welfare, and incentive programs for NA employees and executives
• Coordinate leave programs including FMLA and disability leaves
• Oversee compensation programs: benchmarking, job descriptions, merit, bonuses, modeling
• Advise Compensation Committee on competitive pay practices and plan documentation
• Advise Benefits Committee to ensure cost-effective, compliant benefit packages
• Manage vendor contracts and track Total Rewards budget with CFO and payroll
• Lead and coach direct reports; liaise with payroll and carriers for smooth operation
• Update committees and senior management on compensation and benefits developments
• Perform other duties as needed
