6+ years of total rewards experience.
Strong knowledge of benefits & leaves compliance, audits, and reporting.
Experience managing direct reports, delegating, coaching performance & ensuring team deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

Direct the strategy and administration of compensation, benefits, leave, and accommodation programs to ensure an engaging employee experience and competitive market positioning.
Maintain compliance across total rewards and employee programs by overseeing adherence to federal and state employment, benefits, pay equity, and leave regulations.
Utilize market intelligence, benchmarking data, analytics, and emerging technologies to inform compensation structures, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers on benefits, compensation, leave, and workplace accommodations.
Partner with business leaders, HR teams, brokers, and external advisors to design, evaluate, and enhance reward programs that align with organizational objectives and workforce needs.
