Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of total rewards experience.
• Strong knowledge of benefits, leaves compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Experience managing direct reports, delegating, coaching performance and ensuring team deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategy and administration of compensation, benefits, leave, and accommodation programs to ensure an engaging employee experience and competitive market positioning.
• Maintain compliance across total rewards and employee programs by overseeing adherence to federal and state employment, benefits, pay equity, and leave regulations.
• Utilize market intelligence, benchmarking data, analytics, and emerging technologies to inform compensation structures, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers on benefits, compensation, leave, and workplace accommodations.
• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, brokers, and external advisors to design, evaluate, and enhance reward programs that align with organizational objectives and workforce needs.
