Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across the United States and Canada.

This strategic role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership to develop competitive, compliant programs that attract and retain talent. The position oversees compensation strategy, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, vendor partnerships, and total rewards initiatives, driving metrics

Qualifications

• Experience designing and administering compensation programs and benefits across US and Canada.
• Knowledge of pay equity, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.
• Certifications CCP/CEBS/CBP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and administration of compensation programs, market benchmarking, and pay structures.
• Oversee employee benefits programs, renewals, vendor management, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with US/Canada regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develop total rewards strategies, metrics, and employee education initiatives.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence and integration.
