Hiab USA is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of North America total rewards programs. You will align policies with global guidelines to attract, retain and motivate employees while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role offers remote work with collaboration across HR, finance, and global teams to promote fairness and competitive compensation structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in rewards/total compensation.
• Knowledge of benefits, base salary, and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual activities and development initiatives for the rewards area.
• Maintain a total rewards annual cycle and development roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain total rewards structure in the US with global policies.
• Monitor effectiveness of rewards practices and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate records.
