Job summary

KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to support benefits and compensation for the Americas region. Based in the United States, you’ll partner with a global Total Rewards team to ensure compliant, timely support for US, Canada, and Latin America employees.

You will navigate multi-country benefits complexity, analyze data, and manage priority conflicts in a fast-paced, global environment. Remote work is available to US applicants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain benefits clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Willingness to overlap with Canada, Latin America, and US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits renewal processes across Americas with brokers, vendors and stakeholders.
• Administer benefits enrollment and setup for new hires in all supported countries.
• Review, reconcile and process vendor invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Support pension/retirement programs, contributions, enrollments, vendor coordination.
• Draft and distribute benefits communications to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with local benefits regulations across Americas jurisdictions.
• Assist with wellness programs and initiatives promotion.
• Serve as a front-line benefit resource and handle inquiries and Workday tasks.
• Manage Leave of Absence processes and payroll coordination.
