The position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and collaboration with HR partners and leaders across the organization. Remote work with monthly travel to Pella, Iowa is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years related experience or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, policies and compliance
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and communicating with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across multiple functions and client groups to improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with high-level contributors and leaders across functions.
• Lead benchmarking cycles to analyze market data and industry trends.
• Design and enhance compensation programs including base pay, incentives and recognition.
• Align on total rewards philosophy with HR, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate processes for compensation and benefits program administration.
• Demonstrate ability to manage change with attention to technology and processes.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
• Deliver clear communication and training on compensation and benefits initiatives.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent and Finance on system alignment.
