Job summary

Ledger is seeking an Internship - Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) in which you will work closely with the Head of Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits Expert on BAU operations and high-impact projects. You’ll contribute to pay equity analyses, equity data upkeep, and global compensation processes in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in a highly quantitative discipline (e.g., Corporate Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Econometrics).
• Advanced mathematical analytics with strong capabilities in statistical modeling, variance tracking, and processing complex datasets.
• Advanced, robust Excel is a baseline requirement.
• Hands-on experience or curiosity regarding AI agents and workflow automation; familiarity with Claude and Gemini is a plus.
• Execution & balance: adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pay Equity Modeling: Own the quantitative data preparation, variance testing, and baseline modeling for internal pay equity audits and gender pay gap analysis.
• EU Directive Alignment: Support preparations for the EU Pay Transparency Directive via statistical analysis of compensation trends.
• Grant List Creation & Validation: Prepare, audit, and validate equity grant lists for data delivery to HR Ops and Legal.
• Equity Tracking: Explore dashboards to monitor global equity distribution, vesting, and dilution (BSPCE, Stock Options).
• Annual Review Support: Help run annual compensation review cycles (merit, performance, bonus) with data templates and timelines.
• Survey Submissions & Benchmarking: Coordinate global compensation surveys, ensure data mapping, and perform market benchmarking.
• Patent Premiums Administration: Administer global patent premiums with IP and Payroll teams.
• Workday Data Maintenance: Manage quarterly data uploads in Workday for payroll bonus data.
