Rehlko is seeking a Total Rewards Intern for onsite Milwaukee, offering exposure to compensation and benefits programs within a century-old energy resilience leader. You will assist in data analysis, process improvements, and partner with HR teams to support Total Rewards initiatives.

Ideal candidates are juniors/seniors or grads in HR or related fields, proficient in Excel, and eager to learn how rewards drive engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master’s program for the duration of the term.
• In Excel, able to analyze data, generate insights, and support compensation, benefits, and HR initiatives.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
