Job summary

Welltech is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to own analytics and frameworks behind how we pay, including compensation ranges, review cycles, market benchmarking, and pay gap analysis across our hubs.

The role requires data fluency, stakeholder collaboration, and a proven track record in compensation and benefits across international markets. You will drive bonus design, benefits programs, and pay analytics with a focus on automation.

Qualifications

Experience in Compensation & Benefits roles with international exposure.
Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data to drive decisions.
Experience conducting market research and benchmarking for competitive offerings.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain compensation analytics and reporting used by leadership and HRBPs.
Maintain and extend compensation ranges across hubs, including new locations.
Run compensation review cycles: matrices, budget models, scenario costing, system settings.
Lead end-to-end market benchmarking: data submissions, survey analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
Support EU Pay Transparency rollout: pay gap analysis and action plans for gaps.
Contribute to job architecture, evaluation and leveling.
Design and administer bonus schemes with defensible rules.
Own benefits renewals: benchmarking, vendor prep, contracts with Procurement.
Manage the benefits budget and track effectiveness.
Use AI and automation to streamline recurring analytics.
