Job summary

The Heritage Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Total Rewards Intern to support compensation, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives within the HR team. You will assist with audits, requests, benchmarking, and data analysis while working on real projects.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple tasks with project management skills, and develop reports to support decision-making. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across total rewards and exposure to corporate HR

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, benefits, finance, health/wellbeing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compensation auditing.
• Assist with compensation requests.
• Assist with compensation benchmarking and survey completion.
• Analyze total rewards data and develop reports to support decision-making.
• Use project management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including alignment with the Company’s core values.
