Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a motivated and curious Total Rewards Intern to join our Human Resources team in Irving, TX. This internship provides hands-on experience in compensation and benefits within a global organization, with exposure to U.S.

and international Total Rewards initiatives. The intern will work closely with Total Rewards and HR partners to support compensation and benefits projects, build an understanding of our Total Rewards philosophy, and contribute to initiatives that help leaders

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

Learn Flowserve’s compensation and benefits philosophy, programs, and practices.
Help translate Total Rewards concepts into clear, meaningful materials for leaders and HR partners.
Support the development, documentation, and execution of compensation administration processes.
Assist with compensation and benefits initiatives across U.S. and global populations.
Expand HR knowledge through collaboration within an HR Shared Services model and with global partners.
Present key project outcomes and learnings to the HR Leadership Team at internship end.
