Job summary

Flowserve invites undergraduates to join as a Summer Engineering Intern in Irving, TX from May to August. You will contribute to technical design, data analysis, testing, and project coordination, while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional development program.

You will work with engineers across design, manufacturing, quality, and project management, supported by a mentor and opportunities to participate in LEAN and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field with good academic standing.
• GPA 3.2 or higher.
• Available for May–August summer internship.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support technical design and documentation, including CAD models and drawings.
• Collect and analyze data, review test results, and prepare reports.
• Assist with testing, production support, and time studies.
• Contribute toLEAN, quality, and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Ensure work meets engineering standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partners.
