Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a motivated and curious Talent Management Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent management within a global organization, with meaningful exposure to global Talent Management initiatives.

The intern will work closely with Talent Management and HR partners to support talent management projects, build an understanding of our Talent Management philosophy and practices, and contribute to initiatives that support people and

Qualifications

Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex information for different audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

Support Talent Management programs and projects, assisting with research, analysis, materials, and process improvements.
Translate talent concepts into clear materials and communications for leaders and HR partners.
Assist with a variety of global Talent Management initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate with HR partners within an established Shared Services model and gain exposure to regional and global teams.
Present key project outcomes and learnings to the HR Leadership Team at internship wrap-up.
