• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
