Job summary

Indiana University Foundation (IUF) is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to deepen expertise in Total Rewards, payroll, and benefits. You will support FMLA administration and ensure smooth processes across the employee lifecycle in a collaborative HR & Culture team.

You'll also provide executive support to the SVP of HR & Culture, handle calendar planning and meetings, and assist with team events, invoices, and daily operations while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work on multiple HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Two years of administrative support or office experience.

Responsibilities

• Support FMLA administration, payroll and benefits processes.
• Employee offboarding and other Total Rewards operations.
• Executive administrative support to SVP of Human Resources & Culture, including calendar management.
• Support HR&C team meetings, events, invoices and expenses.
• Shift priorities as needed and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
