You’ll engage with hiring leaders, craft posting strategies, and proactively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication and relationship-building are essential to deliver a great experience for candidates and managers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and sound hiring practices.
• Strong relationship building with candidates and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR and 2+ years HR experience required.
• Experience executing diverse sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define roles and recruitment strategies.
• Write compelling postings and proactively source candidates.
• Guide candidates and managers through interviews and offers.
• Build relationships with teams across IU's philanthropic and alumni functions.
