Job summary

Indiana University Foundation (IUF) seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and hire the teams that drive IU's impact. You will join a collaborative HR & Culture team and own the end-to-end recruiting process with strong emphasis on candidate experience and hiring manager partnerships.

You'll partner with leaders across IU's philanthropic and alumni engagement teams, write compelling postings, utilize sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and close offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
• Two years of HR experience with talent acquisition is required.
• Experience executing on a variety of sourcing techniques and building relationships is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from opening the role to closing the offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and develop recruitment strategy.
• Write compelling job postings and proactively source candidates.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through interviews and decisions.
• Recruit across a wide variety of roles and become a trusted partner to IU leaders.
• Help shape the selection of people behind work that matters for IU and its communities.
