Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Health & Welfare benefit programs and their financial/administrative structure.
• Ability to translate detailed financial information into concise leadership insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Health & Welfare data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive summaries of benefit program performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis for Total Rewards programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Translate complex financial information into actionable Total Rewards insights.
