Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance or related field
• Experience supporting employee benefits or Total Rewards
• Knowledge of Health & Welfare programs and their financial structure
• Strong analytical and financial skills to interpret benefit data
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, or variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets
• Ability to translate financial information into insights for business leaders
• Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors

Responsibilities

• Support Health & Welfare program analysis and cost evaluation.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Prepare management reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze medical, prescription, and vendor data for trends.
• Coordinate data collection and regulatory reporting (ACA, OPEB).
• Engage with vendors and consultants to improve program value.
• Support audits and rate case requests.
• Translate insights into Total Rewards recommendations.
