FirstEnergy Corp. is hiring a Compensation Representative to support the compensation function within Corporate Human Resources. You will help design and administer base pay and incentive programs aligned with pay-for-performance goals and assist in benchmarking and market analyses.

The role partners with business units to attract and retain talent, providing market-competitive total rewards and guidance to leadership. This on-site position reports to the Manager, Employee Compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline preferred with minimum 4 years relevant work experience is required.
• Experience in Employee Compensation, Finance, Auditing and analytical work is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementation and administration of non-bargaining compensation programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Review and make compensation recommendations on internal and external offers.
• Analyze compensation surveys to determine market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Consult with leaders on compensation practices and processes and support key projects.
• Provide reporting, data analysis and guidance to improve compensation processes.
