Job summary

PEAC Solutions in Mt. Laurel, NJ, is seeking a Benefits Manager to guide benefits, wellness, and compensation for ~300 employees across 20+ states. You will oversee the Payroll Specialist, ensure accurate payroll processing, and keep benefits competitive and compliant.

You will lead open enrollment, coordinate with brokers and vendors, and provide training on total rewards, while supporting compensation changes and internal equity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits, total rewards compensation, or a related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of benefits principles, regulations, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now) and benefits platforms.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with employees, managers, vendors, and leadership across states.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance PEAC’s employee benefits, wellness, and compensation programs.
• Lead annual benefits open enrollment and coordinate communications, training, and system updates.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, carriers, and vendors; monitor service levels.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FLSA and related requirements.
• Provide training and support to employees and managers on benefits and total rewards.
• Support compensation and annual review processes and internal equity initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and SOPs related to benefits, payroll, and procurement.
