Concentrix is seeking an Analyst, Benefits to support Total Rewards by evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering benefit programs that align with our business strategy and help attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.

You will analyze health and welfare, retirement, and other programs; gather data, create clear visuals, partner with stakeholders, ensure compliance, and manage changes through the lifecycle. This is a full-time, work-from-home role in the United States.

Formación

• Experience evaluating and administering benefit programs (health, welfare, retirement).
• Ability to gather, analyze, and report benefit data and present clear visuals.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and implement benefit programs including health, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Gather, maintain, analyze, and report benefit data to aid decision making and communicate findings.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement proactive benefit solutions aligned with company strategy.
• Review benefit coverage and costs for regulatory compliance.
• Execute design, testing, and implementation of benefits programs and processes.
• Respond to leave-process information requests and monitor benefits impact during the cycle.
• Evaluate programs and recommend improvements based on legislation and technology.
