Job summary

The Kendall Group in Portage, MI is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, and HRIS. This role involves coordinating with internal and external partners, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements.

You will administer monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, and produce ad hoc reports while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, or HRIS role; strong knowledge of federal and state pay regulations
• High School diploma or GED
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Excellent organizational ability to multi-task and shift priorities
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Support payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS, analytics and reporting activities
• Assist multi-state payroll processing using a third-party system
• Provide day-to-day benefits support including open enrollment and leave programs
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and serve as an HRIS super user
• Audit time and attendance and resolve discrepancies with managers
• Prepare ad hoc compensation, financial and operational reports
