The Kendall Group is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR team. This hands-on role will support payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, and HRIS functions across our organization.
Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will handle multi-state payroll processing, benefits inquiries, data integrity in HRIS, and ad hoc reporting to drive compensation decisions. You will thrive in a collaborative, customer-service oriented environment.

Role Summary: Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, the Total Rewards Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources team. The analyst is responsible for day-to-day functions in the areas of payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The analyst will complete complex tasks, project planning and coordination with internal and external business partners. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who is self-directed, a strong collaborator, critical problem solver, and who enjoys working on a wide breadth of responsibilities.
