Job summary

Qualifications

• Partner with Senior Director of HR and vendors on total rewards design and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee payroll operations and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Lead internal audits and SOX controls related to payroll and benefits.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and staff performance.
