The Kendall Group is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our Human Resources team in the Michigan area. This hands-on role supports payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, and HRIS with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
You will work with internal and external partners to coordinate multi-state payroll, benefits inquiries, and compensation policy administration, while maintaining data integrity and reporting excellence.

Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, the Total Rewards Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources team. The analyst is responsible for day-to-day functions in the areas of payroll, benefits, compensation, analytics, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The analyst will complete complex tasks, project planning and coordination with internal and external business partners. This is a hands‑on position, ideal for someone who is self‑directed, a strong collaborator, critical problem solver, and who enjoys working on a wide breadth of responsibilities.
