Job summary

Jostens is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide analytical support. The role covers US and international plans, annual incentive cycles, and ongoing program enhancements.

It requires a 4-year degree and 3 years of Total Rewards experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and ADP Workforce Now familiarity.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 3 years' experience in Total Rewards or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Analytical skills, problem solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of total rewards including compensation, benefits and time-off plans/regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support Day-to-Day Total Rewards Programs, including compensation and benefits administration and issue triage.
• Administer US and Global compensation programs and annual/ quarterly incentive plans.
• Conduct Total Rewards analytics and reporting, provide insights to leadership.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS systems and manage job descriptions database.
• Develop communications and trainings for Total Rewards programs including enrollment and bonuses.
• Assist with compensation evaluations, job and market analyses, and grade/incentive recommendations.
• Support surveys and benchmarking to inform compensation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., 5500, ACA, FLSA) and maintain program documentation.
• Back up broader Total Rewards team and support other projects.
