Job summary

Versant Media is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation and benefits programs, financial wellbeing, and employee perks. You will help with communications, reporting, and day‑to‑day program administration while partnering with HR, Finance, and Communications teams to streamline processes.

The role offers exposure to broad-based and executive compensation, recognition and mobility programs, and opportunities to grow within Total Rewards. Hybrid work arrangement preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years in HR, Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, or related area.
• Interest in gaining broad experience across Compensation and Benefits.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with budgets, invoices, reporting, and data.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience preferred.
• Curiosity about how work gets done and willingness to simplify recurring work.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Support broad Total Rewards areas including compensation, benefits, recognition, mobility, and other initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, communications, materials, reporting, and stakeholder activities.
• Maintain the Total Rewards calendar, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and communications.
• Document key workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve processes.
• Track invoices, vendor expenses, contracts, and program costs; monitor spend and forecasts.
• Help teams stay organized and aligned across HR, Finance, Communications, and other stakeholders.
