Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to turn HRIS data into actionable insights. You’ll partner with the Director of Total Rewards to analyze pay, benefits, and workforce trends using Excel, Power BI, and Workday.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of hands-on analysis, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn. This hybrid role blends data work with strategic advisory across the People Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field such as Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or HR.
• 2+ years of HR/compensation/benefits data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Basic SQL skills or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports for leadership visibility on compensation, benefits, and workforce trends.
• Support compensation analysis, market pricing, pay equity reviews, and rewards program effectiveness using pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Analyze turnover, retention, hiring, promotions, and organizational effectiveness; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
