QVC Group is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to collaborate with HR and business leaders on market-competitive compensation programs. The role shapes strategy, evaluates jobs, prices roles, and leads major compensation initiatives across client groups.

Based in a hybrid environment at our West Chester, PA location, you will partner with leaders and HR teams, delivering guidance, communications, and program administration while ensuring compliance and consistent practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of direct compensation experience.
• Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving skills with advanced experience with spreadsheets and compensation data.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and work across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic compensation partnership and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders across assigned client groups.
• Support compensation decisions related to job evaluations, market pricing, offers, promotions, department reorganizations, and communications.
• Lead or support large and complex compensation projects from planning to implementation and communications.
• Conduct compensation studies to support pay strategy, market positioning, and broader opportunities.
