Better Being Co. seeks a Total Rewards Analyst to turn HRIS data into actionable insights. You’ll build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, analyze pay and benefits, and partner with the Director of Total Rewards to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
• Basic SQL or willingness to learn.
• Experience with HRIS data and compensation/benefits analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Excel for compensation and benefits insights.
• Support compensation analysis, market pricing, pay equity reviews, and rewards program effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce trends and translate findings into recommendations for leaders.
• Partner with Total Rewards to analyze benefits utilization, enrollment trends, and plan performance.
• Deliver customized analyses to support People Team initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting using technology and AI-enabled tools.
