Job summary

OTB Group North America is seeking a Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst to shape compensation strategies and support Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and reporting across locations. The role requires expert Excel and analytics skills to drive budget analytics and labor cost modeling for ongoing workforce decisions.

You will partner with Finance on monthly closures, maintain forecasting models, and lead salary review processes aligned with local market practices.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in compliance management or related HR role.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with budget analytics and workforce analytics.
Knowledge of budget planning, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Familiarity with federal employment laws and HR policies.
Experience with HRIS, payroll systems and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Own annual personnel budget planning, consolidation and projections using advanced budget analytics and labor cost modeling.
Prepare monthly workforce analytics reports with KPIs, variance analysis and executive dashboards.
Provide ad hoc analyses to improve HR cost control and mitigate financial risk.
Collaborate with Finance to manage monthly closures and cost allocations.
Maintain Excel models for forecasting, hiring plans and compensation scenarios.
Lead salary review processes and market benchmarking.
Support planning cycles with workforce changes and cost forecasts.
Assist admin/HRIS analysis to improve processes and data integrity.
Drive HR processes implementation with digital tools integration.
Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and identify adjustments.
Participate in luxury retail salary surveys and market research.
