Essential Functions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI and Excel that give leadership visibility into compensation effectiveness, benefits program performance, and workforce trends.

  • Demonstrated, hands‑on proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH or XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
  • Experience building (not just viewing) dashboards and reports in Power BI or a comparable BI tool.

  • Experience applying analytical methods such as trend analysis, variance analysis, pay equity analysis, or basic forecasting to workforce or compensation data.
