Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in benefits or total rewards, with strong Excel and HRIS skills and excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits or total rewards.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness offerings.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and employee communications.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and escalations.
• Partner with benefit carriers and brokers to resolve coverage or billing issues.
• Conduct benefits audits and ensure enrollment accuracy.
• Generate reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce trends.
• Analyze HR and compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain data integrity within HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable laws.
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee compensation and benefits information.
• Develop clear communications related to compensation programs, benefits offerings, and rewards initiatives.
• Assist with employee education programs that improve understanding of total rewards.
• Support recognition and wellness initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
