• Obtains Adjuster licenses and maintains required licensure for states written.
• Proficient with operating a computer in a claims environment.
• Experience in customer service with emphasis on conflict resolution, time management and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Complies with company procedures and state claims acts.
• Adjusts claims via telephone and documents claim activities.
• Establishes reserves and processes loss and expense payments.
• Reviews CCC valuation reports and salvage bids.
• Confirms total loss status via cost-benefit and repair feasibility.
• Prepares settlement offers and communicates with insureds, claimants, and lienholders; coordinates salvage vendors.
• Ensures accurate documentation and timely salvage title processing.
• Uploads documents to CCC Portal and internal systems.
• Delivers excellent customer service during high claim periods and high-volume communications.
• Supports training initiatives and shares best practices within the team.
• Reviews estimates/photos to determine vendor and inspection use.
• Assists AMD Claims Unit and works with team to meet goals and communicate effectively.
• Assists with CAT events as needed.
• Keeps informed of industry standards via continuing education.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
