Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confirm coverage for claims and complete auto total loss from inception to settlement.
• Investigate major and complex losses with Specialists/Manager as needed.
• Obtain appraisals, repair estimates, photos, and related documents.
• Settle auto total loss claims within authority and issue payments when appropriate.
