Velaz Group is seeking an Elite Home Service Closer in New Jersey to drive pre-set appointments, fast installs, and competitive redlines in a 100% commission-based role. You will meet with families, present solar solutions, and close deals that align with customers’ energy goals and budgets.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of NJ sales experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six months of sales experience in New Jersey.
• Comfort in a 100% commission-based role.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Velaz Solar’s product offerings and customer value propositions.
• Deliver high-impact in-home presentations tailored to each client’s energy needs and finances.
• Engage in outside sales by meeting customers face-to-face, building trust, and providing solar solutions.
• Address objections with clarity, creativity, and a focus on long-term value.
• Negotiate contracts reflecting professionalism and trust.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives through proactive engagement and closing skills.
