Velaz Group in New Jersey is seeking an Elite Home Service Closer to conduct in-home presentations, close deals, and drive revenue in a 100% commission-based role. You’ll meet clients, tailor solar solutions, and navigate objections to maximize earnings.

Successful closers will leverage strong communication, persistence, and relationship-building to exceed targets and advance in a fast-paced solar and home services environment. Excellent earning potential and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales experience in New Jersey.
• Comfort in a 100% commission-based role.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Access to a laptop or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of Velaz Solar's products and customer value proposition.
• Deliver high-impact in-home presentations aligned with clients’ energy needs and financial goals.
• Engage in outside sales by meeting customers face-to-face, building trust, and offering solar solutions.
• Address objections with clarity and focus on long-term value.
• Negotiate contracts reflecting professionalism and trust.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives through proactive engagement and closing skills.
