Velaz Group in New Jersey is seeking Elite Home Service Closer – Pre-Set Appointments, Fast Installs & Competitive Redline. You will deliver in-home presentations, meet with customers, build trust, and close contracts for solar installations.

This role is 100% commission-based with top earners reporting $150k–$250k annually. Strong communication, reliable transportation, and a drive to exceed sales targets are essential.

Qualifications

• At least six months of sales experience in New Jersey.
• Comfort with a 100% commission-based role.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Access to a laptop or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Velaz Solar’s product offerings.
• Deliver in-home presentations aligned with client energy needs and financial goals.
• Engage in outside sales by meeting with customers face-to-face, building trust, and providing solar solutions.
• Address objections with clarity, creativity, and a focus on long-term value.
• Negotiate contracts that reflect professionalism and trust.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales objectives through proactive engagement and expert-level closing skills.
