Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience conducting declassification reviews of DoD records.
• Experience with declassification processes and related government guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct declassification reviews of DoD records at the document level in accordance with applicable guidance.
• Provide records management support for IMD record collections.
• Verify accurate application of SF 715 and Joint Staff box summary sheets.
• Generate accurate document-level indexes for submittal to NARA and support E-Discovery efforts.
• Prepare boxes for transportation and accessioning to NARA; support records processing and QA.
• Maintain IRCN account and acknowledge system notifications in a timely manner.
• Archive completed actions into Joint Staff archiving repository within timelines.
