Bart & Associates, LLC seeks a Top-Secret Project Manager to lead a federal contract in Suitland, MD, supporting a Joint Staff Declassification effort. The role entails managing declassification reviews, records management, and compliance with EO 13526 and NARA requirements on-site.

Qualified candidates must hold a TS clearance, PMP certification, and 5+ years of federal contract management experience, with strong leadership, reporting, and liaison skills for Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing federal contracts and PWS tasks.
• Knowledge of declassification criteria and related processes helpful.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for government interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to COR and government leads and manage overall contract performance across PWS tasks.
• Direct declassification reviews (ADR, MDR, FRUS, FOIA) and support records management/archiving.
• Ensure 99% acceptable quality level; arrange remedial training or rework when needed.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports and status updates to government leads.
• Manage surge staffing and coordinate resource allocation across CLINs.
• Ensure compliance with EO 13526, Joint Staff directives, and NARA requirements.
• Oversee handling and transport of classified materials within NCR.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and security requirements for contract personnel.
