Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a Top-Secret Administrative Support Analyst to join a federal contract in Suitland, MD. You will support the Joint Staff Declassification Branch with secretarial and administrative tasks, including action processing, courier coordination, database upkeep, and OSD liaison activities.

Qualified candidates must obtain a final Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Prior government or classified environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a government or classified environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with suspense deadlines and high accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process action packages and courier responsibilities.
• Respond to inquiries regarding referral status and deadlines by the next business day.
• Assist with FOIA and MDR document searches and database maintenance.
• Provide escorts for non-cleared visitors and support secure operations.
• Maintain and analyze ADR data in the ADR database.
