Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Computer Support Analyst for the Center for Information Systems Security (CISS) to support the NOC and provide hands-on IT operations across networking, systems administration, and help desk tasks.

The role requires a final Top Secret clearance, a BS degree with 2–4 years of experience (or equivalent), and the ability to work flexible shifts in Chantilly, VA, with occasional travel to Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• BS degree plus 2–4 years of relevant IT experience, or Master’s with less than 2 years.
• Team leadership experience.
• Final Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Windows Server administration tools (WSUS, Group Policy, Active Directory, RDP).
• Troubleshooting Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022/2025.
• GOTS/COTS application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Dell hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Tier 2 Help Desk support with some Tier 3 support.
• Datacenter physical and logical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Integrates new systems into the production environment to ensure mission readiness.
• Manages change controls in CMDB and fixes discrepancies.
• Develops technical solutions and records them in a knowledge base and ticketing system.
• Reviews data from Network Monitoring System and proactively audits systems.
• After training, serves as an expert and implements remediation actions.
